FOCUS completes Asset Improvements at 1881 Campus Commons

FOCUS was awarded the renovation project for the newly acquired property at 1881 Campus Commons by  Spear Street Capital.  The scope of work included removal of existing lobby flooring, new stone floor designs, new wall finishes, a custom 3-Form mobile, a stone feature wall, custom rugs and new lobby furniture.  In addition the freight corridor leading to the café and fitness center received a new paint design on the walls.  The café was also completely renovated, the fitness center restrooms were redesigned to include showers, locker rooms and all new finishes. A custom mural was also designed for the wall in the fitness center.  The management office was also relocated during these renovations. Check out some of the completed designs!
